For the first nearly three decades of my life, the last thing on my mind was wellness. I never went outside, fitness was a foreign concept, I ate fast food nearly every day, partied constantly. I wasn’t happy and believe me, it showed.

At my lowest point I weighed nearly 280 pounds, was battling severe depression, chained to vices, unmotivated, isolated, and felt completely hopeless. I just couldn’t find a way out of the hole I’d dug and there were many times I wished I wasn’t on this planet anymore.

One summer I went to visit my parents. We took a family photo, and I was so disappointed with what I saw. I finally decided that I wasn’t going to live that life anymore and I had to get healthy. I owed it to myself and to those I loved.

This process took me years, longer than it should have. There were so many times I gave up and fell back into old habits. Now I embrace a healthy lifestyle that I can never turn away from again. 

My journey got me thinking – What if I could give people the guidance, encouragement, motivation, and accountability that I so desperately needed during those years of failing and struggling?

Here is how we’re going to work together to transform your life:

  • Customized Deep Dive: First, we’ll go through a detailed questionnaire. Questions about your lifestyle, diet, fitness, inspirations, aspirations and overall well-being. This is the foundation of your journey!
  • Small Wins, Big Confidence: I will then create a custom challenge list based on the questionnaire. We will start small, week-by-week gradually increasing the challenge. The goal isn’t to overwhelm you, it is to create long-lasting healthy habits that will enable you to achieve anything you set your mind to.
  • I’m Your Anchor: Throughout your journey, I will be right at your side. I will be gently and kindly motivating you and holding you accountable. There will be zero judgment—It’s okay if you get derailed. I’m here to remind you of your goals and help you get back on track to a healthy, happy and empowering life!

Whether you are looking to manage weight, build muscle, improve mental clarity, or establish better habits that will improve your well-being, I am here to provide the roadmap and the steps on how to get there, no matter where you are starting!

Can you give me a simple step-by-step to the process?
Sure!

Step 1: Questionnaire!
Step 2: I build custom challenges week-by-week and adjust based on progress!
Step 3: I encourage you and motivate you with texts, calls or voice notes through the week to cheer you on!
Step 4: Create new and healthy long-lasting habits that will drastically improve your wellness!

What will you be doing after you give me the weeks' challenge?
You will be hearing from me throughout your weeks of working with me – whether it be text, call or voice note, you will receive encouragement and motivation. Friendly and kind reminders to make sure you’re accomplishing your challenges and working to build those new habits!
How long does this process take?

We all have individual challenges and goals, so the length of the process will vary drastically from several months to a couple years.. As long as it takes for the new habits to stick and stay with you!

How much do you charge?

I charge only $50/week with a 4 week minimum – your first week and questionnaire are free! What do you have to lose?
